It is our commitment and dedication to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. We offer a no hassle return policy as you have 7 days to return the item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy and thus will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of time it takes your credit card or original method of payment to process the refund request.
ATTENTION: If there is a delay with shipping and your order has arrived late and you no longer want it. Send back the product to receive a refund. Please understand shipping delays are out of our control.
Upon receipt of the package, please inspect the item for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipped item to show some wear, however, if extensive damage occurred to the items during shipment, please contact us at [email protected]
In certain situations, we will require submission of photos to evidence the damage for carrier insurance purposes.
Mail delivery and Cancellation Policy
All orders are processed and sent within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Your order will be received within 2-5 business days of being shipped out, depending on your location. Once our shipping process has been fulfilled, we cannot change or cancel an order.
